I visited here today on the recommendation of a colleague as my usual doctor is on leave and I felt very ill. Dr Daniel, the nurse and the reception staff were all delightful. Dr Daniel was very thorough with a very compassionate manner. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Definitely a standout!

My family and I have been patients with Inala Primary for 16 years. The staff are absolutely incredible from all aspects of the Practice. The Reception staff are always so warm and friendly. The Doctors, Nurses and Therapists are also wonderful and many a time they have gone above and beyond to ensure that their patients receive top notch care. At IPC you are seen and heard, you aren't just another customer. On several occasions we have had major medical issues and my GP has called out of hours to check in on us. You are not rushed through appointments like some other GP practices I have been to in the past. The Drs are very keen to ensure you are given enough time to address medical issues and have your questions and concerns answered. I cannot recommend IPC highly enough. The care my entire family has received has been incredible and we will continue to use IPC for our health and well being long into the future.

I have given 5 stars however I wish I could give them more. I went to this Medical Practice for the first time today & was greeted by the receptionists who had big smiles & were very friendly & welcoming as was the nurse who took my height, weight & blood pressure. They really made me feel at ease. I saw Dr. Tam Trinh who was so lovely, kind caring & very thorough with my examination & very attentive to my concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Inala Primary Care. Such a lovely practice.

I came here to have a consultation for my 2 y.o. son with Dr. Cang Van. All I can say is they provide a really good services, starting from the front desk where the nurses welcoming you very well. The consultation with Dr. Cang Van was exceeding my expectation. He listened very carefully of everything I explained about the conditions of my son, and he briefly explained back the conditions of my son after physically examining my son. He even carefully double checking my son's immunisation record as we came from overseas so he wanted that my son's immunisation will be following Australian Health standard. I would definitely recommend Inala Primary Care to everyone who is unwell !

First time at the clinic today. Interesting that the clinic is within the community health centre. I like how was asked to be weighed and measured height b4 seeing my GP today. Not many medical centre do that, mostly only in hospitals.
